New Available BRATs: Buddy, Adina, Sugar Baby

Name: Buddy
State: Illinois
DOB: 1/18/2004
Gender: Male
Color: Red & white
Weight: 30

Buddy is a very laid back dog. He loves spending his day doing typical basenji things like sunning himself and checking to make sure nothing good was left in the trash or on the counters. Buddy loves to sleep under the covers with the humans or on a nice warm sofa. He loves to get his ears scratched and his belly rubbed. If a stranger approaches he doesn't trust, he will make small noises. Tell him it's OK and have the person scratch his ears. Buddy will chill out after that.

Name: Adina
State: Texas
DOB: 12/2011
Gender: Female
Color: Black and white
Weight: 18

Adina means "a gentle and delicate girl." Adina is young girl, which means she is full of energy and loves to play.  She has the interests of a typical young Basenji, meaning eat, sleep, play, play -- and play some more. She gets along great with other dogs, and is very affectionate with people.

Name: Sugar Baby
State: Texas
DOB: 2008
Gender: Female
Color: Tricolor
Weight: 20

Sugar Baby was recently sprung from a shelter where she spent almost two months. This little girl is not bashful. She asked for a pedicure and bath while at the vet, which she thoroughly enjoyed. She will be going back to have her teeth cleaned—like all divas, she wants pearly whites. This little girl just wants to be pretty for her new Basenji mom and dad.
