The Ides of March

My dogs are ready for spring. But it's been cold and nasty and very basenji- unfriendly. So these are some of the responses I've gotten when I've tried to take them out:

Well, Spring occurs, whether the weather agrees or not, on Wednesday at 7:02. So let's hope for the best. Thanks for nothing, Punxatawney Phil!!!
